hello Nicol, two things here.
First, if you are speaking of the registration screen for SOD you do not
put a credit card number in that screen. if you and your dad payed for
the game already then you should have received an unlock code from GMA
games, this is what you need to put into the registration screen.
As for the biogrenades, Thomas has already handled that question well, I
would only clarify by saying that when you first hit the spacebar you
get a rising tone, this is a relative indication of how hard you are
going to throw the grenade, the next press of the spacebar actually
throws it. As he says they are a tricky weapon to learn to use but well
worth it.
Regards,
Tom

Subject: [Audyssey] the bio grenades in sod
HI friends
I'm still waiting for my dad to return to me with the correct credit
card number because the game is asking for a 16-digit number and the one
he gave me is 17 digits. Anyway I'm so long practicing throwing a
grenade in the demo version. Here is something which is totally unclear
to me. Please! I don't want any spoilers! If someone can just explain
this to me a bit clearer. The manual says if you wait 1 second before
pressing space the second time you throw the grenade it will travel 45
feet before landing. When the game started I decided to practice
throwing a grenade without waiting for a monster to be present. So I
was standing at the start of the maze. My back was facing the wall. A
long passage stretched before me, definitely longer than 45 feet. I
pressed, g, I pressed space, I waited one second and I pressed space
again and I was killed. How is this possible? I wasn't 45 feet away from
a wall. Is it possible that if a grenade hits a door I will also be
killed? Because its possible that the first door in the maze is 45 feet
away from the starting point. I tried again, this time also standing
with my back against THE WALL AT THE STARTING POSITION OF THE MAZE, I
waited 2 seconds before I pressed spacebar a second time and this time
the grenade didn't kill me. I noticed that, whether the grenade kills me
or not, it makes a clicking sound. If I press spaced a second time it
will make the sound of a blast mine but then it makes a clicking sound.
Does this clicking sound mean the grenade is landing on the floor, on a
monster or against a wall? The manual didn't said that if the grenade
hits a door it will kill me. It only said if it hits a wall it kill me
so that's why I can't understand if I'm at the starting position of the
maze and I press space again after 1 second the grenade kills me. I
managed to kill a scientist though. Do you think its possible to throw a
grenade at a monster within a room? The most rooms are about 30 by 40
feet. There is some rooms which are 50 by 30 feet or 50 by 70 feet.
Thanks
