[Audyssey] Suggestions on creating maps?

Hi Everyone,
    I just wanted to know if anyone used anything particular to help when mapping a game like Sryth?  I have no usable vision and so drawing a map is useless, but I need something because some of these dungeons are just too big to remember where I have already been.
